Starting June 3, this system will begin reaching out to some patients with important information, including appointment reminders, instructions for patient registration, and options for online payments.

Our new system utilizes text messages, phone calls, and emails to ensure that important information is communicated in a timely manner, according to your communication preferences. All messages and calls will come from the IEC phone number (309-243-2400). This system has been thoroughly evaluated and is designed to integrate seamlessly and securely with our medical records platform, ensuring you have a more streamlined and efficient experience. While we anticipate this transition to be smooth, there may be minor inconveniences as we adapt to this improved system. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period.
