Our Electronic Health Records provider, Compulink, is currently experiencing a system-wide outage impacting patient portal messaging. While the portal is allowing messages to be submitted, those messages are not reaching our team at this time.

Compulink is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or need assistance, please call our office directly at 309-243-2400.

This issue is affecting all Compulink accounts, not just Illinois Eye Center. We appreciate your patience and understanding as Compulink works to restore full functionality.

Illinois Eye Center’s Washington clinic will be closed all day on Friday, November 14th. Our Peoria and Pekin clinics will be open, should you have any last minute needs. If you have any questions or needs that may be impacted by this closure, please call us at 309-243-2400.

Illinois Eye Center will open later than usual on Tuesday, November 18 for regularly scheduled employee training. Peoria Clinic will open at 9:00 a.m. Washington and Pekin Clinics will open at 9:30 a.m. We appreciate your understanding as our team participates in ongoing training to continue providing exceptional care.
