Patient Experience Liaison/Admin Assistant
The Patient Experience Liaison works with patients and/or their families to address concerns that occurred during their visit related to Patient Care Services departments. Administrative Assistant responsibilities preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Optician
Assist and educate patients in appropriate selection of optical goods for patient’s needs. Take necessary measurements, update computer and enter information, post charges, discounts and insurance. Dispense optical goods, perform repairs and adjustments. Assist with contact lens teachings, giving instructions and documenting such. Process all orders for IEC or outside lab production. Final inspect and notify patients when optical goods are ready to be dispensed. Assist with inventory control, answer department telephones, provide assistance, and take orders including follow-up.
Medical Office Assistant
Duties include assisting the physician and patients during exams, taking histories, chart documentation, patient education and maintaining patient flow.
Ophthalmic Technician
As our ophthalmic technician, you will be working up patients for medical and routine eye exams.
Ophthalmic Scribe
Duties include assisting the physician and patients during exams, taking histories, chart documentation, patient education and maintaining patient flow.
Front Desk Receptionist
This position is responsible for patient check-in, patient check-out, front desk appointment scheduling, collection of payment and charge posting, as well as assisting with training and patient flow.
