Important Notice: Temporary Patient Portal Outage

Our Electronic Health Records provider, Compulink, is currently experiencing a system-wide outage impacting patient portal messaging. While the portal is allowing messages to be submitted, those messages are not reaching our team at this time.

Compulink is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or need assistance, please call our office directly at 309-243-2400.

This issue is affecting all Compulink accounts, not just Illinois Eye Center. We appreciate your patience and understanding as Compulink works to restore full functionality.

Pekin Closure Alert
