The Illinois Eye Center Patient Portal is a secure online tool that gives you convenient access to your eye care information. You can view records, communicate with our team, and stay informed between visits, all from your computer or mobile device.

With the patient portal, you can:

  • View exam summaries and shared medical records
  • Send secure, non-urgent messages to your provider
  • Access documents related to your care

New to the Patient Portal?

Creating an account only takes a few minutes.

Step 1

Use the same email address you provided to Illinois Eye Center.

This must match the email we have in our system.

Step 2

Click “Not Registered” on the portal login page and follow the prompts to begin registration.

Step 3

Enter your validation code that you received via text message or email.

Step 4

Confirm your date of birth.

This must match our records exactly.

If you are having trouble with the portal, contact us at (309) 243-2400 or email contactus@illinoiseyecenter.com, and someone will reach out to you to assist you.

If our records do not match, you will not be able to access your portal.

How to navigate your patient portal

The portal has three sections.

  • My Health Records
    1. Our letters
    2. Pathology reports (if requested)
    3. Lab reports (if requested)
  • Message My Provider
    1. Use this for non-urgent questions for your doctor.
    2. Send us a health-related question, and someone will call you.
    3. It may be the next business day before you are called back.  If your question needs an answer sooner, please call our office at (309)243-2400.
  • Statements
    1. Statements are available by contacting our office at (309)243-2400.
    2. Use this link to pay your bill

1. You will get a notice, and must agree in order to send the message.

2. Complete the fields below, with your health-related question, and someone will call you. It may be the next business day when you are called.

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email address, then click Forgot Password
  2. Enter your email, first name, and date of birth. These must all match what we have on file in our system.
  3. Once you click next, you will be asked to answer your Secret Question to verify that you are the correct person.

July 4th Hours

Pekin Office Closure - 03/17/2026

On Tuesday, March 17th, the Pekin clinic will be closed all day. Our Peoria clinic will open at 9am and Washington will open at 9:30am to accommodate staff training.
