Elizabeth Chiang, MD, PhD

Dr. Elizabeth Chiang is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who completed a fellowship in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI.


Dr. Chiang earned her undergraduate degree at California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California. Then, at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, she earned her doctorate of philosophy in neuroscience as well as her doctor of medicine degree. She spent the next several years in the Midwest with an internship at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio and an ophthalmology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.


Eyelid surgeries are the specialty of Dr. Chiang and she is passionate about improving the function and appearance of the eyelids. When not helping her patients, Dr. Chiang unwinds by hiking, kayaking, traveling, and practicing her photography skills. In fact, she’s been to over 40 countries and 6 continents. She enjoys hearing about her patients’ travels.
